Academic Regalia
You may use your own academic regalia, or the Office of University Events will order it for you free of charge. Regalia is obtained from an outside company; thus the deadline to place an order is March 13, 2009. However, there will be a charge for regalia ordered after March 13, 2009.

Regalia will be available for pickup on Commencement Day in the robing room at the Houston Field House.

Parking
Due to construction of the East Village Athletic Complex, parking will be available in the Parking Garage, with shuttle service to and from the Houston Field House.

The President's Picnic for Graduates
Immediately following the Commencement ceremony, there will be a campus-wide picnic for graduates, their guests, and the campus community. You are invited to join in the celebration.
